New construction of the Eyescan Eye Hospital at Soestwetering in Utrecht is currently being realized, Eyescan specializes in all kinds of eye disorders. The building designed by Guido Bakker consists of a half-sunken parking cellar with 4 storeys above it. There is an atrium in the building, with the floors on both sides with care functions and office functions. Köster Sealing Systems has prescribed the Deuxan basement exterior seal for the semi-subsurface basement. A sprayed bitumen 2K system that is applied in a thickness of 6 mm. Thanks to the controlled reaction of the product, it can also be processed well under humid and cold conditions.
